MSA's Restaurant is the training restaurant of The Culinary Arts Academy of Istanbul (MSA), one of the best professional culinary schools in the world.

At the restaurant MSA students work both in the kitchen and in front of the house alongside MSA’s professional chefs and service team, perfecting their skills within a real restaurant experience. In other words, in this restaurant the brilliant chefs of the future are taking part in preparing your dish, serving your wine and answer any of your culinary inquiries. The restaurant menu not only includes local classics inspired from Istanbul’s street food, but also many tastes from across the globe; the all-time favorites of the MSA Team delivered with their personal touch.

MSA’s Restaurant welcomes both Sakıp Sabancı Museum visitors and anybody following good food, in the unmatched atmosphere of Istanbul’s Bosphorus.

The young, dynamic team whom greet you at the door, take your order, serve your food and wine are actually in the class at the moment. They are completing the last phase of their training at MSA, accompanied by their trainer chefs. Soon, they will chart into real life; to the arduous and exciting journey of the culinary world.
